No. Aisella assists with Messenger conversations. Seller handover lets the Store owner take control when human assistance is needed.
Where do product answers come from?
Aisella is designed to use the connected Store's Product Catalog and current supported data sources rather than inventing product facts.
Can I disconnect Facebook?
Yes. Sellers can disconnect their Facebook Page from Aisella, and Meta also provides Business Integrations controls for authorization and data-deletion requests.
Can I manage more than one Store?
Yes. A seller may manage multiple Stores. Each Store has its own subscription and one connected Facebook Page.
