Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an Aisella account, connecting a Store or integration, or otherwise using Aisella, you agree to these Terms and the Aisella Privacy Policy. If you use Aisella on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. The Aisella service

Aisella helps sellers connect a Facebook Page and Product Catalog so an AI-assisted seller workflow can respond to customer inquiries in Messenger and support related Store operations.

Features, integrations, limits, supported providers, and plan inclusions may change as the service develops.

3. Your accounts, Pages, and integrations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and Store information and for protecting your account credentials.

You may connect only Facebook Pages, catalog sources, accounts, credentials, files, and other resources that you are authorized to use. You authorize Aisella to access and process connected resources only as needed to provide the requested service.

4. Seller content and Product Catalog information

You remain responsible for the product, business, pricing, stock, delivery, payment, and other information you provide or connect to Aisella. You must have the rights needed to use and provide any content, photos, files, or data uploaded to the service.

You grant Aisella the limited right to host, process, transform, and transmit that information as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service.

5. AI-assisted responses

Aisella uses AI-assisted processing. Although Aisella is designed to ground product and business responses in available seller information and deterministic platform rules, AI systems can produce incomplete, delayed, or incorrect results.

You remain responsible for reviewing your Store configuration, Product Catalog, policies, and other information used by Aisella. Aisella does not guarantee sales, conversion rates, customer outcomes, or error-free automated responses.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Aisella to violate law, infringe third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, abuse connected platforms, misrepresent your authority, or use Aisella in a way that could harm users, Meta, connected service providers, CKMICROWORKS COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES, or the Aisella platform.

You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms and policies and with the terms of any other service you connect to Aisella.

7. Plans, trials, billing, and service limits

Aisella may offer free trials, paid plans, usage limits, and Store-specific entitlements. The plan, price, billing method, limits, and coverage shown in Aisella at the time of purchase or activation form part of your subscription terms.

Trial eligibility and plan limits are enforced according to Aisella's current product rules. Additional Stores may require separate subscriptions.

Where a payment is administered manually, coverage and renewal may be managed by Aisella Administration. Development or mock payment mechanisms are not production payment providers.

8. Third-party services

Aisella depends on third-party services such as Meta/Facebook, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, and optional catalog integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, suspend, or discontinue functionality outside Aisella's control.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Aisella reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Maintenance, outages, provider limits, platform changes, security events, or other circumstances may affect availability.

We may modify, add, remove, or limit features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve Aisella.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, non-payment, violation of these Terms, legal compliance, or protection of the platform or third parties.

You may stop using Aisella and disconnect integrations subject to any applicable subscription or billing obligations.

11. Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains Aisella's data practices. Our Data Deletion page explains how to request deletion of Meta-linked data or broader Aisella account data.

12. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aisella is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CKMICROWORKS COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Aisella, including losses caused by third-party service failures, incorrect seller data, unauthorized account use, or AI-generated output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Aisella evolves. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
